Day 2: Planning and Execution

Today will be dedicated to setting clear, actionable goals for 2025, identifying quarterly Rocks, solving key issues, and committing to executing the plan.

1-Year Plan Define clear and measurable goals for 2025 Design and Prioritize Quarterly Rocks Deconstruct 1 year goals to 90 day priorities Identify, Discuss, Solve Key Issues Address the most pressing obstacles to success Process Review Ensure operational consistency, efficiency and consider scalability Wrap up and Commitment Let’s do it!

One Thing Exercise 30 min

This team building exercise is meant build trust and increase team health; each person will receive two pieces of feedback (one positive, one constructive) from every other team member. At the end of the exercise, each person will verbally commit to one thing to elevate their game.

Brainstorming Write feedback notes for each person on two topics: Their greatest trait or contribution to the team. One thing they can start or stop doing for the good of the theam.

Permission to Share Integral to building trust, each person will be asked if the team has the permission to share feedback open and honestly.
