Communication is key to our success, and foundational to operating in a transparent culture. Managers at COMPANY understand the need for communication, and that their teams may need to hear messages in different ways. We are radically transparent in our communication practices. This approach helps proactively answer questions, explain decision making, and ensures everyone has the information they need to make decisions.
Repetition for Retention
Coaches and Leaders may find themselves as communicators of company, department or team status and initiatives. As you help to cascade information, repeating information helps our colleagues retain information.

Operating asynchronously, we often default to written communication. To ensure information is being shared with your team, follow up with different modes of communication, or share in a live setting if the opportunity arises.
