Overview

Join me, Kim Minnick, for a day of People Ops-focused fun and learning! We’ll start by exploring the foundational building blocks of a great People Ops function. Topics include setting up your tools and systems, building the right processes for the right programs, and taking a partnership forward approach.

After lunch, we’ll dive deep into one of my favorite topics: Performance Management! We’ll take a look at ways to build a feedback muscle, develop a unique program, set great review practices, and how to use data for equitable and informed decision making.

Attendees may purchase workshops individually or bundle the full day. Lunch is included with any ticket purchase. Since no event is complete without party favors, expect HR’s favorite treat: documentation!

Performance Management Deep Dive

Great performance programs help companies achieve goals while giving individuals the chance to achieve their own. As one of my favorite programs to design, I’m excited to delve into

Building Your Philosophy Using the right language and the right structure to make your program stick.

Designing Your Process A process to heavy and you’ll be chasing cats; too light and it might not be valuable. Here, we’ll practice balance.

Performance Reviews It’s a mighty program: Communication, feedback sharing, evaluation, questions, language… let’s pick it a part so you can use the pieces that fit your org!

Data, Decisions and Iterations When your reviews contribute to outcomes like promotions, compensation increases, or rewards, it’s helpful to take a data informed approach.
