  1. State done or not done for each rock one-by-one. First reviewing the Company’s strategic rocks. Then all remaining individual Leadership team rocks.
  2. For those not done, decide whether to.
    1. Carry forward
    2. If 95% complete, convert to “issues / action steps”
    3. Re-assign the rock
  3. Each individual share why they failed to reach their Rocks if they achieved less than 80%.
